With deepest respect, the family of Robert Porch, 84, a native and life-long resident of Reeltown, Tallapoosa County, Alabama is compelled to share the heartrending news of the passing from this life of our beloved brother, uncle and cousin. Robert was a long-time resident of Reeltown. He transitioned from this life on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Tallasee Health and Rehabilitation, LLC.
Robert Porch, 84, of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away on October 1, 2024. Robert was born on November 15, 1939 to the parentage of the late Carl and Adela (Davis) Porch. He dedicated his life to the Lord at a young age and became a member of Reeltown Missionary Baptist Church.
Robert was preceded in death by siblings: Dorothy Porch, Willie Everette Porch, Charlie Louis Porch and Alestean Porch. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, a brother JD Porch; sister, Carrie Mae Dubois; niece LeeAnn Porch Offem; great-nephew, Jaidon Randolph; great-niece, Brave Offem; devoted friend, David Butler, and finally but not least; his devoted niece and legal guardian, Janice Davis.
He was employed for many years as a custodian for Reeltown Public Schools.
Robert lived a full and vibrant life. He gave many smiles to the world, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was known for his kind and gentle spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Robert will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
