Ms. Minnie Ethel Tucker

We regret to announce the passing from this life of Ms. Minnie Ethel Tucker, age 80, a resident of 680 Seymour Drive, Roanoke, Alabama. Ms. Tucker transitioned from this life on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Roanoke Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, in Roanoke, Alabama.

Mrs. Tucker will be available for viewing on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

Home Going Services for Ms. Tucker will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church, 1465 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Roanoke, Alabama, with the pastor, Reverend L.B. Houston serving as Eulogist. Other ministers sharing the roster will include Reverend Calvin Trammell, Minister Veresia Houston, and Minister Steve Joiner.

Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery at Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church.

Friends of the family will serve as Attendants -- Pall Bearers and Flower Bearers.
Minnnie Ethel Tucker was born November 27, 1936, to the parentage of the late John and Ethel Tucker.

At an early age, she joined Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church, where she was faithful in attendnace until her health failed.

She was preceded in death by both her parents. She departed this life July 8, 2017, at Roanoke Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

She leaves to mourn her departure, celebrate her life and cherish her loving memories, one (1) uncle, Lin Phillips (Edna) of Anniston, a beloved church family at Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church, and finally but not least, a host of cousins and friends.
