Ms. Cleaster Walls Obituary

Ms. Cleaster Walls, age 51, a native and life-long resident of 78 Birch Street, Daviston, Tallapoosa County, Alabama, passed away on Monday morning, August 26, 2013 at Roanoke Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, in Roanoke, Alabama.

Public Visitation hours will be observed on Wednesday, August 18, 2013 between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 6:00 PM.

The Homegoing Service for the late Ms. Walls will be observed on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 1:00 O'Clock from the Leander Baptist Church, 877 Leander Road, Daviston, Alabama, with Reverend James L. Whetstone, Pastor, officiating. Ms. Walls will be in state at the church one hour prior to the services on Thursday.

Burial will follow in Leander Baptist Church Cemetery.


The Obituary

Today, we gather to honor and celebrate the life of our beloved sister, aunt, and faithful friend, Cleaster Walls, who has returned to God's loving arms on Monday, August 26, 2013 at Roanoke Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Roanoke, Alabama.

Cleaster was born September 29, 1961 to the parentage of the late Mr. and Mrs. Cleophus and Eloise (Heard) Walls.

Cleaster graduated from Daviston High School in Daviston, and worked for 10 years as a Press Operator at Clegg Manufacturing Company.in Wadley, Alabama.

She leaves to cherish her memory: four (4) sisters: Doris Meadows, Radean Poole (Eric), Gloria Romero (Mateo) all of Daviston, Alabama; and Katherine Walls (Forrest Morgan) of Roanoke, Alabama; four (4) nieces: Felicia Poole, Jacqueline Meadows Cooks (Steven), Candice Morgan, and Brianna Morgan; three (3) nephews: Tevin and Kevin Morgan and Jeffery Meadows; four (4) great nieces; four (4) great nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. We would like to acknowledge other special friends as part of our family in appreciation for the way they pitched in and helped to care for her. They are: David Laney, Larry Frazier, and Edith Buchanan.



ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The family of Cleaster Walls is appreciative to all who have extended the hand of
concern and comfort to us during the illness and passing of our loved one.

We are especially grateful to our brother-in-law Eric Poole, and our very special friends
David Laney, Larry Frazier, and Edith Buchanan who were champions of care for Cleaster.
Having friends like you in our lives was a special gift from God.
