Mr. Paul Lamar Smith

With deepest regret, we announce the passing from this life of Mr. Paul Lamar Smith, age 44, a resident of 715 Government Street, Roanoke, Alabama 36274.

Mr. Smith transitioned from this life on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

Mr. Smith will be available for viewing on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm

His life will be celebrated at 2:00 O'Clock PM, Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the Sword Of the Spirit Ministries at Christian Memorial Baptist Church, 1644 U.S. Highway 431 North, Roanoke, Alabama. Reverend Tommie L. Finley will officiate, and Reverend William Phillips will serve as Eulogist. Other ministers sharing the roster will include, Bishop Tom Staples, Jr., and Reverend J. Burnett Jackson, Pastor.

Burial will follow in Skyview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Five Points, Alabama.

Serving as Pall Bearers will be: Uncles and Friends of the Family
Serving as Flower Attendants will be: Friends of the Family

Our deepest and heartfelt sympathy is extended to his son and daughter, ZaQuavious Cofi eld, Jr., and Tytianna Parker; his mother, Mrs. Dasie Lee Hall, all of Roanoke, Alabama; father, Leroy Dean of Abottsford, Georgia; step-father, Pierce Smith, Jr. of Welch, Alabama; two (2) brothers: Stanley Smith of Roanoke, Alabama and Kenneth LeBron Hall of LaGrange, Georgia; four (4) sisters: Shirley Trammell (Brian) of San Antonio, Texas, Anita Moody of Fredonia, Alabama, Lakeychee (Chris) Stodghill, Birmingham, Alabama, and Shrell Dean of Roanoke, Alabama; grandmother, Lela Huzzie of LaGrange, Georgia; fourteen (14) aunts; twelve (12) uncles; fi fteen (15) nieces; and eight (8) nephews; his entire extended family, friends, and all who loved him dearly.
