Mr. Paul Foster Obituary

We regret to announce the passing from this life of Mr. Paul David Foster, age 49, a resident of 165 Jackson Avenue, Roanoke, Alabama. Mr. Foster transitioned from this life following a tragic automobile accident that occurred early Saturday morning, October 15, 2016.

Mr. Foster will be available for viewing on Friday, October 21, 2016, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM here at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be observed on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 12:00 Noon from the Deliverance Temple Church, 779 Strozier Street, Roanoke, Alabama; Pastor Michael Goss, officiating; and Bishop Gregory Foster will serve as Eulogist.

Serving as Active Pall Bearers will be: William B. Ragle, James B. Dunn, Robert E. Tucker, Troy Ware, Jackie Tucker, and Jason Tucker.

Serving as Honorary Pall Bearers will be: Kenneth Johnson, Tracey Johnson, Terrance Tucker, and Derrick Tucker.

Burial will follow in the Sweet Home Baptist Church Cemetery, 1077 County Road 433, Five Points, Alabama 36855.

The Obituary
Mr. Paul David Foster was born on April 22, 1967, in Roanoke Randolph County, Alabama to the parentage of Eddie B. "Bill" Foster and the late Annie Ruth (Glenn) Foster.

At an early age, Paul joined the Deliverance Temple Church in Roanoke, under Bishop C.L. Wilkes.

He attended public schools in Roanoke, where he was an enthusiastic participant in athletics. He was loved and admired by his Coach.

Later as a young adult, one of Paul's proudest achievements was to earn his GED by attending Southern Union State Community College in Wadley.

Paul will always be remembered as one whose love overflowed for his friends, and his entire family, especially all of his nieces and nephews: Annessia Magby, Charlie Magby, Jr., Alliyah Magby, Eurika Foster, Chris Heard, Germichael Foster, Anthony S. Foster, Janay Goss, Chelsea Goss, Gillian Dean, Justin Foster, Gregory M. Foster, Phillip Foster, Anthony D. Foster, and last but certainly not least, Amon Hall. He had a special relationship with each and every one.

At the age of 49, Paul's life tragically ended early Saturday morning, October 15, 2016, after a fatal automobile accident. There at the scene, he quietly transitioned to be reunited with his beloved mother, Annie Ruth Glenn, and grandmother, Annie Ruth Foster.

Paul's beloved legacy will be cherished by his immedate family which includes: his father, Eddie B. "Bill" Foster of Roanoke, Alabama; daughter, Janetta Foster of LaGrange, Georgia; brothers, Bishop Gregory Foster (Erma) of Troy, Alabama and Anthony Foster (Angelia) of Roanoke, Alabama; sisters: Shirley Ann Magby (Reverend Charlie Magby), Catherine Glenn and Renee Goss (Michael), of Roanoke, Alabama, and Michelle Hall (Tony) of Orlando, Florida; his very special nephews and niece Germichael Foster, and Anthony Foster of Lithonia, Georgia, Christopher Heard and Troy Ware of Roanoke, Alabama, and Eurika Foster of Huntsville, Alabama; many beloved Aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends and neighbors.
