Mr. Jonathan White Obituary

With deepest sympathy, we announce the passing from this life of Mr. Jonathan White, 34, a resident of 460 Pine Valley Drive, Lot 51, Roanoke, Alabama 36274. Mr. White transitioned from this life on Monday evening, June 11, 2018 at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice, in LaGrange, Georgia.

Public visitation hours for Mr. White will be observed here at the funeral home on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 1:00 until 6pm.

The Celebration of Life for Mr. White will be observed on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Christian Memorial Baptist Church, Roanoke, Alabama, 1644 U.S. Highway 431 North, Roanoke, Alabama, with Pastor Iris Lovelace officiating, and Bishop Lathonia J. Wright serving as Eulogist.

Honorary Pall Bearers include: Quinton Staples, Dewayne Bell, Syris Lemon, Cordarious Hines, Maurice Allen, and Nick Drake.

Serving as Active Pall Bearers will be: Sherwood Burton, Levell Nolan, Mario Higgins, Lamont Woods, Syron Lemon, and Gavin Heard.

Cousins and Friends will serve as Flower Attendants.


In Loving Memory Of Johnathan Terrell White

Jonathan Terrell White was born on January 10, 1984 to the parentage of Patricia White and Roger Dejurnett in Roanoke, Alabama.

On August 24, 1998, Patricia married Raymond Lee and He took up the role of "father" and raised Johnathan.

Jonathan confessed faith in Christ and was a faithful member of New Life Worship Center under the Spiritual leadership of Bishop Lathonia J. Wright.

He was a 2003 Graduate of Handley High School. Johnathan was a laid back, cool dude, who was loved by all. He was a sharp dresser, who really loved his mother and his grandmother.

Jonathan was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher White and his grandfather, Lorenzo White, Sr.

He leaves to cherish many fond and loving memories, his devoted parents: Raymond & Patricia Lee; one sister, Danielle Lee; his grandmother, Mrs. Catherine White, all of Roanoke, Alabama; one brother, Cedrick McKissic; five (5) Aunts: Brenda Ware (Jimmy), Helen (Baine) Woods, Dicie Sims, Joci Smith, San Dejurnett, All of Roanoke, Alabama and Donna Lee of Wedowee, Alabama. five (5) uncles: Walter Nolan (Barbara), Dennis White (Nicole), Angelo Nolan, Lorenza White, Jr., and Kennis White, all of Roanoke. two special cousins: Levell Nolan and Dammon Morgan; a friend, Crystal McGuire of Roanoke, Alabama; and a host of other loving relatives and classmates, and friends.

Our deepest sympathy is extended to the entire family and the friends of this family. We pray that God will grant you a small measure of "peace" as you go through this valley of bereavement.
