Mr. Clarence Robertson Obituary

With deep sadness, we announce the passing from this life of Mr Clarence "Hook" Robertson, 49, on Friday, November 13, 2015, surrounded by his loving family, in Anniston, Alabama.

A memorial service was observed on Tuesday, November 17, at Canaan Baptist Church (Shining Light), Wedowee.


The Obituary


Mr. Clarence "Hook" Robertson was born March 24, 1966, to the late Charlie Robertson and Mrs. Dorothy Mae Livingston Robertson in Roanoke, Alabama.

A lifelong resident of Wedowee, he graduated from Randolph County High School in 1994 and became a master welder. He worked for many years perfecting his trade, and he also worked in construction and roofing. In his spare time, Clarence enjoyed reading and spending time with his family and friends. He particularly enjoyed Tom Clancy novels. His favorite song was "Nobody" by Keith Sweat.

"Hook" transitioned from this life on Friday, November 13, 2015, surrounded by his loving family.

"Hook" will be truly missed by his wife, Yvette Robertson of Roanoke; mother, Dorothy Mae Robertson of Anniston; two brothers, Charles Robertson and Sylvester Robertson, both of Wedowee; three sisters, Judy Washington and Virginia Crooms, both of Anniston, and JoAnn Langston of Wedowee; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Garfield Robertson and David Robertson; and one sister Mary Ann Robertson.

Services for the late Mr. Robertson are being provided by Clark Memorial Funeral Service, in Roanoke, Alabama.
