Baby Aurora Destiny Salai Paige

September 20, 2022 ~ September 4, 2023

Obituary

It is with deep sadness that Ny'Kira Trammell and Jamarion Paige of Roanoke, must share with our deepest regrets, the heartbreaking news that our precious daughter, Aurora Destiny Salai Paige, 11 Months of age, was summoned from this life back to baby heaven on Monday, September 4, 2023.  She was hospitalized at Children's Hospital Of Alabama, in Birmingham.  Losing Aurora has left us so deeply heartbroken. Aurora lost her battle, but she has won the victory and now we have an angel to watch over us.  Our beautiful little baby girl will live on in our hearts forever. We ask for your prayers as we struggle to heal our broken hearts. We thank everyone in advance for your love, support and prayers. Further details will be forthcoming.

In Loving Memory Of Aurora Paige

Aurora Destiny Salai Paige was born September 20, 2022 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Lee County, Alabama.  She is the only child of Ny'Kira Trammell and Jamarion Paige.  Although she never walked, her very first steps were into our hearts. Aurora was playful, loving, and had a smile that could just melt your heart. She loved watching "Moana", and showing her two front teeth.

The Day God Took You Home

In tears we saw you sinking,
And watched you pass away.
Our hearts were almost broken,
We wanted you to stay.
But when we saw you sleeping,
So peaceful, free from pain,
How could we wish you back with us,
To suffer that again.
"It broke our hearts to lose her
She did not go alone
A piece of us went with her
The day God called her home"

Aurora is survived by her loving parents, Ny'Kira Trammell and Jamarion Paige and of Roanoke, AL;
Maternal Grandparents: Veronica Trammell and Patrick Shears (Predeceased);
Paternal Grandparents: Shanika Paige and Shun Foster;
Maternal Great-Grandparents: Shirley Trammell, Michael Phillips and Teresa Capers;
Paternal Great-Grandmother, Carol Paige;

And, a host of loving relatives and friends who will miss her loving smiles and playful spirit.
